With Concierge, you don't have to pay the initial out-of-pocket costs for home improvement services. When your home sells, simply pay back the funds that the program provided and nothing more. Funds will be advanced to you for the home improvement services with no interest cost. When your home sells, you’ll pay the costs of services rendered and nothing more. By helping you invest in your home's potential, we aim to provide a faster and more profitable sale.
How it works.
You work together with us to decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.
When you're ready to start, we will be by your side as you engage vendors and commission work.
Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.
You'll pay for the services when one of the following happens — your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date.
