In addition to having sold over $100 million of property over the past 6 years, I have bought and sold four homes for my own family. Because of this, I have lived in your shoes and intimately understand the stress, complications and demands that buying or selling a house can invoke, especially if you have a household full of children.  For each transaction, I put myself in your position and ask the question, "How can I make this process seamless for my client" and then act on it.

Throughout the years, I have watched the San Francisco Peninsual real estate market grow and fall and grow again. I will advise you about what to watch out for and how to best preserve your investment. My focus is not about logging another statistic to add to my “top producing” numbers. To me, this is a very important relationship. I want to be your trusted real estate advisor for life.

Real estate agents have a myriad of educational backgrounds.  I have found mine to be instrumental in helping relate to the analytical minds of the Bay Area start-up driven culture. I pride myself on offering an end-to-end suite of client services and my deep knowledge of the San Francisco Peninsula area. My analytical acumen has accumulated from years as an investment banker and real estate private equity associate. I have a proven ability to negotiate complex real estate transactions and offer expert data-driven advice to clients on buying and selling homes in our dynamic, local real estate market. 

As for my background, prior to receiving a MBA from Stanford Business School, I practiced tax accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco.  Equipped with a CPA and MBA, I pursued an opportunity to work for the investment bank Lehman Brothers in New York City before returning home to the Bay Area to work for a real estate private equity fund focused on equity investments in large real estate commercial proeprty projects. My clients value my quantitative savvy and financial modeling skills, which are key to property valuations, home financing and real estate negotiations. I've been told that my tenacity and responsiveness instill confidence and peace of mind to my clients, important factors that allow them to rest assuredly and know they are receiving the highest level of client service at all times.
